Tess and your data.
What Tess is
Tess is an assistant Arxio Group is building. You connect your mailboxes and calendars. Tess reads them, turns what asks something of you into a list, and drafts replies and meetings for you to approve.
This page covers the data Tess uses. It is effective from October 14, 2026.
What Tess reads
Only the mailboxes and calendars you connect, and only after you sign in to each one and approve access:
- Email messages: sender, recipients, subject, date and text.
- Calendar events you create through Tess.
- The email address of the account you signed in with.
What Tess keeps
- A short line for each thing asked of you: who asked, what, and by when.
- Drafts waiting for your approval, until you approve or reject them, or they expire after 7 days.
- Your conversation with Tess, deleted after 30 days.
- Your sign-in for each mailbox, encrypted on Arxio’s own server.
Tess does not keep a copy of your email after reading it. It keeps a fingerprint that proves what it read, not the text.
What Tess does with it
- Moves a message to Spam or Junk, only with your approval.
- Sends an email or books a meeting only after you approve that exact draft. Each email ends with the line “Sent by Tess, Marco’s assistant, with his approval”.
- Never deletes your email.
Where it is processed
Tess runs on Arxio Group’s server in Reno, Nevada. The AI models that read your mail run on Arxio’s own hardware or through Anthropic, the AI model provider, only to provide Tess’s features.
What Arxio never does
- Sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Use your data to train AI models.
- Let people read your email, unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Google user data
Tess’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements.
Stop at any time
- Disconnect a mailbox in Tess. Arxio deletes its stored sign-in.
- Remove access from your Google account permissions (opens in a new tab) or your Microsoft account.
- Ask Arxio to delete everything Tess holds for you: marco@arxiogroup.com.
